Common questions

Which inquiry path should I choose?

Choose Residential Project if you're a homeowner planning a home, renovation, addition, kitchen, bath, or outdoor scope. Choose Professional Partnership if you represent a builder, developer, architect, engineer, or general contractor engaging Nova Luxe on a structural or professional scope.

Do I need plans before contacting Nova Luxe?

No. Many projects begin as an idea or a site. Plans, drawings, or inspiration are helpful when available but not required to start.

Can I upload drawings, inspiration, or bid documents?

Yes. Both paths include an optional upload step. Professional inquiries support multiple documents in the same submission.

What information is most helpful?

A brief description of what you're planning, the location, timing, and any documents you already have. Everything else can be refined in the follow-up conversation.

What happens after submission?

Your inquiry is routed to the relevant team, briefly reviewed for fit, and answered directly with a structured next step. You'll see a reference number on the confirmation screen for your own records.

Can I go back and edit previous steps?

Yes. Use Back at any time, or use the Edit action on the Review step to jump to a specific group. Your answers are preserved as you move between steps in the same session.

Can I update the project later?

Yes — reply to the response you receive with any additional context, and the same team member will fold it into the review.
